There are 3 options for getting help with your FruinCom product or service.

  1. Find easy to follow answers and explanations to your queries in the help pages found in this Help menu.
  2. Click on the chat bubble at the bottom of your screen on the home page for quick answers.
  3. Click on the “Get Help” menu item in the Help menu to submit a support ticket.

One of the great things about FruinCom is that you have a dedicated representative that will help you, whatever your need is.
Another great thing is that if your representative can’t solve your issue quickly and efficiently, it will be routed to our engineers, and if still not resolved, it will be sent right up to the owner himself!
