People Types

People types are a way of categorizing people in your directory for purely organizational purposes. It is necessary to establish people types before filling your database.

The default people types are Adult, Child, and Teen. You can add as many people types as you would like (eg. Elderly), or change the name of your people types without affecting the database.

You can find People Types under Settings in the Church Admin menu.

The People Types page is very simple. It is simply a place to add, edit, or delete people types.

You can specify People Type when adding or a editing a person.

If you add people types other than “Adult”, “Child” and “Teen”, the shortcode:
